主要研究方向

1.    光電半導(dǎo)體晶態(tài)材料的理論預(yù)測、生長工藝與結(jié)晶理論;

2.    光電信息技術(shù):半導(dǎo)體光電性質(zhì)調(diào)控與測量、光電信號探測/存儲/發(fā)射器件與集成信息應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)

3.    光伏電池技術(shù):鈣鈦礦太陽能電池、量子點敏化太陽電池、非晶薄膜電池等新概念光伏器件

4.    半導(dǎo)體仿真:光電子器件的擴散-漂移、有限元、DFT等分析方法。



主要學(xué)術(shù)成果

主要從事光電子材料與器件的研究。提出半導(dǎo)體表面分子功能化的新概念,形成了一套理論設(shè)計及按需調(diào)控材料表面物化特性的功能化調(diào)控方法,賦予材料疏水性、自修復(fù)、二色性等獨特功能;建立了“離子半導(dǎo)體-范德華異質(zhì)界面”的光伏電池新結(jié)構(gòu), 解耦界面的電荷輸運與離子傳導(dǎo)行為, 實現(xiàn)光伏器件長期穩(wěn)定壽命新突破以第一或通訊作者身份在 Science(2 篇)、Nature Energy、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 、Energy Environ. Sci. 等國際期刊上發(fā)表論文70余篇。研究工作得到新華社、人民日報、ScienceChemistry World、Physics World、MRS bulletin 等國內(nèi)外專業(yè)期刊或新聞媒體關(guān)注報道;所發(fā)表論文中,15篇入選1%ESI高被引論文,6篇入選1‰ESI熱點論文,12篇被選為封面/插頁論文,論文被SCI引用12000余次
