郝國強(qiáng)，男，博士。微電子與固體電子學(xué)專業(yè)。上海電源學(xué)會(huì)理事，上海市科委項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專家，上海市經(jīng)委項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專家。2006-2008年在中國航天科技集團(tuán)第八研究院從事博士后研究，主要從事非晶硅太陽電池及光伏建筑一體化技術(shù)的研究及應(yīng)用工作；2008-2013年在上海太陽能工程技術(shù)研究中心任副總經(jīng)理，主管中心研發(fā)及系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用。領(lǐng)域涉及光伏裝備、光伏系統(tǒng)及光伏檢測(cè)等方面。2013至今在華東理工大學(xué)主要從事光伏技術(shù)技術(shù)的研究工作。

承擔(dān)并參與了多項(xiàng)科技部、上海市科委、上海市經(jīng)委課題，發(fā)表論文30余篇，申請(qǐng)專利10余項(xiàng)。曾獲國家能源局能源科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，上海市科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。為閔行區(qū)領(lǐng)軍人才，上海啟明星。曾獲上海市人力資源和社會(huì)保障局上海人才發(fā)展資金資助。

主要研究方向：

1、光伏組件電致發(fā)光量化分析；

2、光伏建筑一體化構(gòu)件研制及可靠性研究；

3、多尺度下的光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)研究;

4、新能源檢測(cè)技術(shù)開發(fā)研究;

5、低維半導(dǎo)體異質(zhì)結(jié)性能分析研究。
