個(gè)人簡介
2010年于華東理工大學(xué)高分子材料與工程專業(yè)獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2015年于華東理工大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,畢業(yè)后留校從事科研與教學(xué)工作。歷任校團(tuán)委書記、數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院院長、校黨委辦公室主任。先后獲(入選)國家高層次人才特殊支持計(jì)劃、中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程、上海市曙光學(xué)者、上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃、上海市“晨光計(jì)劃”、上海市青年科技英才揚(yáng)帆計(jì)劃等。

主要學(xué)術(shù)成果
面向解決能源、環(huán)境問題的國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求,以太陽能轉(zhuǎn)換為背景,致力于新型清潔能源領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵功能材料及其器件的理論設(shè)計(jì)、可控制備和應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。建立一套理論設(shè)計(jì)及精準(zhǔn)篩選光伏電池關(guān)鍵材料的通用方法;突破傳統(tǒng)材料合成瓶頸,開發(fā)出一系列高效穩(wěn)定的界面功能材料;提出“范德華異質(zhì)結(jié)界面”新結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展效率及穩(wěn)定性協(xié)同提升的關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)光照及高溫條件下T97壽命3670小時(shí),達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平。
迄今,以第一/通訊作者身份在Science、Nature Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Energy Environ. Sci.等國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文70余篇。其中10篇入選ESI高被引論文,9篇被推薦為封面文章,相關(guān)研究成果被新華社官微、人民日?qǐng)?bào)官微等主流媒體專題報(bào)道。申請(qǐng)國家發(fā)明專利23項(xiàng),相關(guān)技術(shù)為鈣鈦礦太陽電池的商業(yè)化發(fā)展提供重要途徑及應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)。
